Terms of service

Terms of Service

Effective Date: 7 July 2026
Last Updated: 17 August 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of The Atlas Scribe, including theatlasscribe.com (the “Website”), and all products, services, downloadable materials, digital content, AI-assisted services, workshops, and other offerings provided by Savvy Spiral LLC, doing business as The Atlas Scribe (“The Atlas Scribe,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing the Website, creating an account, purchasing a product or service, downloading or accessing material, submitting information, or otherwise using an offering provided by The Atlas Scribe, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not access or use the Website, purchase or use our products or services, or access any materials provided by The Atlas Scribe.

1. Acceptance and Applicable Terms

Your use of the Website, products, services, downloadable materials, or other offerings constitutes acceptance of these Terms and all applicable policies and agreements.

These Terms should be read together with our:

  • Privacy Policy;
  • Intellectual Property Notice;
  • Refund Policy;
  • Shipping Policy;
  • applicable product-specific licenses;
  • professional licensing agreements; and
  • any additional terms presented with a particular product, service, workshop, form, or offering.

Those documents are incorporated into these Terms where applicable. If product-specific terms or a separately executed agreement conflict with these general Terms, the more specific terms or separately executed agreement govern with respect to their subject matter.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if greater, to purchase or use our products or services.

By doing so, you represent and warrant that:

  • you meet the applicable age requirement;
  • you have legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
  • all information you provide is accurate and complete; and
  • you will comply with these Terms and applicable law.

The Website and its products and services are not directed to children.

3. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our business, offerings, legal obligations, or operating practices.

Updated Terms become effective on the date stated in them. Where required by law, or where a change materially affects an existing paid service or license, we will provide additional notice or request renewed agreement.

Continued use after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. Changes do not retroactively alter rights granted under a separately executed agreement unless that agreement permits such changes.

4. Products and Services

The Atlas Scribe provides methodologies, frameworks, educational materials, downloadable and physical products, workshops, personalized analytical services, AI-assisted services, and other resources intended to support independent thinking, clearer perception, analytical insight, and creative exploration.

Offerings may include:

  • books, manuals, worksheets, tools, and downloads;
  • personalized analytical services and reports;
  • AI-assisted analytical services;
  • physical products;
  • workshops and educational resources;
  • methodologies, frameworks, and analytical systems; and
  • future products and services offered through the Website.

We make reasonable efforts to describe offerings accurately but do not warrant that descriptions, images, availability, pricing, or other Website content will always be complete, current, or error-free.

Subject to law and existing contractual obligations, we may modify or discontinue offerings, change pricing or availability, limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders or service requests, and correct errors.

Digital products and protected materials are licensed for authorized uses. They are not sold as transfers of intellectual property ownership.

5. AI-Assisted Services

Some products and services use artificial intelligence (“AI”) as one component of an analytical process. AI may assist with pattern recognition, perspective generation, information synthesis, and structured exploration.

AI does not make decisions for customers, determine outcomes, replace human judgment, or independently establish factual conclusions. AI-assisted outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, invented information, or interpretations requiring independent evaluation. They are not guarantees, predictions, factual determinations, or regulated professional advice.

You remain responsible for evaluating all outputs and for your interpretations, decisions, actions, and outcomes. Information submitted for AI-assisted services is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and any disclosure presented with the service.

6. Independent Judgment and User Responsibility

The Atlas Scribe supports your own thinking and analysis. We do not make decisions for you, determine outcomes, or direct a required course of action.

You remain responsible for your interpretations, conclusions, decisions, actions, relationships, personal and professional choices, wellbeing, and outcomes arising from your use or misuse of our offerings.

Use is voluntary. You may accept, reject, modify, or disregard an observation or output and may discontinue use, subject to payment obligations, refund restrictions, and other applicable terms.

7. No Regulated Professional Advice

Unless a particular service is expressly identified otherwise in a separate written agreement, our Website, products, services, methodologies, frameworks, AI-assisted services, and materials are provided for informational, educational, analytical, or creative purposes.

They do not constitute legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting, medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, crisis-intervention, or other regulated professional advice or services. Nothing we provide is a diagnosis, guarantee, directive, or required course of action.

Consult an appropriately qualified professional when you require advice or care in a regulated field.

8. Intellectual Property Ownership

Unless otherwise expressly stated, content made available through The Atlas Scribe is owned by Savvy Spiral LLC, doing business as The Atlas Scribe, or used under appropriate license and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade secret, contract, and other intellectual property laws.

Protected materials and identifiers may include:

  • The Atlas Scribe™;
  • Parallaxative™;
  • Atlas Releases™;
  • Simverse™;
  • Simverse OS™;
  • Applied Simulation Theory™ (AST);
  • Chief Architect of the Absurd™;
  • Humanity doesn’t need saving. It needs a user manual.™;
  • methodologies, frameworks, systems, and processes;
  • books, manuals, written content, prompts, worksheets, tools, diagrams, and graphics;
  • educational and workshop materials;
  • downloadable products and personalized reports;
  • fictional worlds, characters, and creative works;
  • branding, logos, names, slogans, trade dress, and visual layouts;
  • AI-assisted service methodologies;
  • software, source materials, and Website content; and
  • other original materials and source identifiers.

No ownership rights transfer through purchase, access, download, or use unless expressly stated in a written agreement signed by Savvy Spiral LLC.

Copyright protects original expression, not general concepts, abstract ideas, methods, systems, facts, or themes independent of protected expression. Other laws may separately protect names, source identifiers, confidential information, and other elements.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Our Intellectual Property Notice is incorporated into these Terms.

9. Personal-Use License

Unless otherwise expressly stated, purchasing or lawfully accessing Atlas Scribe content grants the individual user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use it solely for that individual’s own personal, nonprofessional, and noncommercial use, subject to these Terms and any product-specific license.

Personal use means use by an individual, for themselves, without applying, administering, facilitating, presenting, teaching, interpreting, distributing, or otherwise using Atlas Scribe content or intellectual property with or for another person or organization.

The personal-use license does not authorize use with or for clients, customers, patients, students, employees, colleagues, teams, workshop participants, organizations, or anyone else.

Ordinary discussion about the existence of a work or the general, unprotected ideas it addresses is not prohibited. This does not authorize reproduction, distribution, teaching, facilitation, interpretation, application, administration, or other use of protected Atlas Scribe content with or for others.

Unless expressly licensed, you may not:

  • reproduce, distribute, resell, or sublicense Atlas Scribe content;
  • permit another person to access content through your purchase, download, or account;
  • publicly display, perform, publish, present, teach, or share protected content;
  • modify content for distribution or use with others;
  • create, publish, or sell derivative works based upon protected content;
  • remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or licensing information;
  • upload content to public websites, repositories, file-sharing services, public knowledge bases, AI-training platforms, or unauthorized retrieval systems; or
  • use content beyond expressly granted permissions.

Purchase of a physical product transfers ownership of that copy only to the extent provided by law. It does not transfer intellectual property or professional-use rights.

10.  Professional Use and The Licensing Atlas

Using any Atlas Scribe methodology, framework, tool, workshop, material, trademark, or other intellectual property with or for another person or organization requires a current professional license or other express written authorization from Savvy Spiral LLC.

Professional-use licenses are available only for specifically designated materials through The Licensing Atlas. Purchasing or accessing other Atlas Scribe content does not grant professional-use rights.

This applies whether or not:

  • the user receives payment, barter, referrals, publicity, or another benefit;
  • the use is commercial, educational, organizational, charitable, volunteer, promotional, informal, or pro bono;
  • the use occurs within employment or for an employer;
  • the content forms part of a larger service, program, workshop, presentation, engagement, or offering;
  • the content is separately identified, advertised, or charged for; or
  • another person pays specifically for the Atlas Scribe component.

A professional license grants a named licensee permission to use only the Atlas Scribe methodologies, frameworks, tools, workshops, materials, trademarks, and other intellectual property expressly identified in the applicable professional licensing agreement.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, it does not:

  • transfer intellectual property ownership;
  • authorize access to or use of any other Atlas Scribe content, materials, branding, intellectual property, or future work;
  • provide direct access to The Atlas Scribe or its creator;
  • permit assignment, transfer, or sublicensing;
  • authorize training, licensing, or authorizing another professional;
  • constitute certification or accreditation;
  • establish employment, agency, partnership, franchise, or joint venture;
  • endorse the licensee or their broader professional services; or
  • authorize content not expressly included.

A licensee may say they are licensed to use designated Atlas Scribe intellectual property only while the license is current and in good standing and only in authorized language and forms.

When a professional license expires, is not renewed, is suspended, or is terminated:

  • all use with or for others must cease as specified in the agreement;
  • the person must stop representing themselves as currently licensed;
  • current-license statements, badges, trademarks, and professional-use materials must be removed from active use; and
  • access to licensee-only materials, systems, directories, updates, and benefits may be withdrawn.

After a professional license expires, is terminated, or is not renewed, the individual may continue using lawfully obtained content solely for personal, nonprofessional, and noncommercial use, subject to these Terms and the applicable product license.

11. AI and Atlas Scribe Intellectual Property

Unless expressly authorized in writing or by an applicable license, Atlas Scribe content may not be uploaded, incorporated into, or used to train, fine-tune, benchmark, evaluate, develop, or improve an AI or machine-learning system. This applies to public, private, commercial, research, and internal systems.

Ordinary personal use of an AI tool to assist in reading or interacting with lawfully licensed content is permitted only when:

  • the AI service does not use submitted content to train or improve its models;
  • no more content is submitted than reasonably necessary;
  • the use remains solely personal and benefits no other person or organization; and
  • the use does not reproduce, redistribute, disclose, publish, create a substitute for, or otherwise appropriate Atlas Scribe intellectual property.

Product-specific and professional licenses may add restrictions or permissions.

12. Customer Submissions

Some offerings require or permit information, responses, documents, or other materials (“Customer Submissions”). As between you and The Atlas Scribe, you retain ownership of them.

You grant The Atlas Scribe a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to receive, use, process, store, reproduce, and analyze Customer Submissions only as reasonably necessary to:

  • provide the requested product or service;
  • communicate with you;
  • maintain appropriate business and service records;
  • protect system security and integrity;
  • troubleshoot, maintain, or correct the specific product or service; and
  • comply with legal obligations.

We will not use ordinary Customer Submissions to develop The Atlas, conduct broader research, create publications or case studies, or generally develop, refine, validate, test, or improve our methodologies, frameworks, products, or services unless you:

  • voluntarily submit information through a specifically designated feedback, research, or Atlas submission form; or
  • give separate, informed permission.

Such submissions are governed by the disclosures, choices, permissions, and additional terms presented with the form. Submission does not guarantee use, publication, quotation, or inclusion.

Without separate authorization, we will not sell Customer Submissions or use identifiable submissions for public marketing, publication, testimonials, case studies, or general product development.

You represent and warrant that:

  • you own or may legally submit the materials;
  • your submissions violate no intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, contractual, or other rights;
  • you obtained any consent required to provide information about another person;
  • your submissions contain no unlawful, malicious, or fraudulent material; and
  • information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Our Privacy Policy and any submission-specific terms also apply.

13. Orders, Payments, and Pricing

Prices appear in the currency identified at purchase. Prices, promotions, offerings, and availability may change, subject to law and existing obligations.

We may refuse or cancel an order, decline a service request, limit quantities, discontinue an offering, correct errors, or refuse service where reasonably necessary to protect customers, intellectual property, business integrity, or legal compliance.

If we cancel an accepted order before delivery, we will provide any refund required by law or applicable terms.

Orders are accepted after payment authorization and processing. You agree to provide accurate and current payment, billing, shipping, and contact information.

If payment fails, is reversed, or remains due, we may suspend or revoke associated access, service, subscription, or licensing rights, subject to law and governing agreements.

14. Digital Products and Refunds

Unless required by law or stated in product-specific terms, digital-product sales are final because products are immediately accessible, downloadable, or copyable after delivery.

Digital products include PDFs, books, manuals, frameworks, methodologies, worksheets, templates, tools, Atlas Releases™, Parallaxative™ products, workshop materials, and other downloadable intellectual property.

If a technical problem prevents access, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to restore access or deliver the purchase.

Nothing limits non-waivable consumer rights. Our Refund Policy and product-specific terms provide additional information.

15. Physical Products

Physical products are subject to availability. We strive for accurate descriptions and images, but products may vary due to manufacturing, printing, display settings, or other practical differences.

Customers must review descriptions and order details before purchase. Third-party manufacturing, fulfillment, and shipping may affect availability and delivery. Risk of loss transfers as provided by law and shipping terms.

Unless law or our policies require otherwise, made-to-order products are not returnable except for manufacturing defects, fulfillment errors, shipping damage, or other covered circumstances.

Contact us within the applicable policy period about a defective, damaged, or incorrect product and provide information needed to evaluate it. Remedies may include replacement, repair, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

16. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Website, products, services, accounts, or content:

  • unlawfully or to violate another person’s rights;
  • to harass, threaten, abuse, intimidate, impersonate, or defame;
  • to submit fraudulent, malicious, or knowingly misleading information;
  • to introduce malicious code or interfere with security or operations;
  • to scrape, crawl, harvest, or collect protected content or data automatically without written permission;
  • to reproduce, redistribute, sublicense, resell, publish, or commercially exploit content except as licensed;
  • with or for another person or organization without a current professional license or written authorization;
  • to evade licensing by embedding the IP in a larger paid or unpaid offering;
  • to train, authorize, or enable another professional without separate authorization;
  • to claim or imply licensing, certification, accreditation, approval, authorization, or endorsement except as permitted;
  • to use an expired, suspended, revoked, or terminated license, statement, badge, trademark, or professional material;
  • to remove rights notices or attribution;
  • to upload or ingest Atlas Scribe IP into AI systems except as Section 11 or another license permits;
  • to misrepresent Atlas Scribe materials as your own;
  • to impersonate The Atlas Scribe or suggest false affiliation; or
  • to damage our security or operations.

Violations may result in cancellation, suspension, license termination, directory removal, and other lawful remedies.

17. Third-Party Services

Our Website and offerings may rely on payment, fulfillment, AI, shipping, analytics, social media, and other third-party services.

Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their independent operations and are not responsible for their availability, interruptions, modifications, content, or conduct except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

We use providers we reasonably believe appropriate for the relevant function but cannot guarantee an independent provider’s continuous performance, availability, or security.

18. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website and all products, services, methodologies, AI-assisted services, materials, and content are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

We disclaim express, implied, statutory, and other warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, non-infringement, and outcomes.

We do not warrant that an offering will meet every need; that a methodology will produce a result; that an observation or AI output will be complete or accurate; that an offering will remain available; or that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Our methodologies support reasoning and exploration. They do not determine truth, guarantee factual conclusions, predict events, or guarantee outcomes. Your interpretation and application remain your responsibility.

Some exclusions may not apply in jurisdictions that prohibit them.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Savvy Spiral LLC, The Atlas Scribe, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, service providers, partners, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages arising from the Website, products, services, licenses, or these Terms.

This includes alleged loss of profits, revenue, opportunities, goodwill, data, information, business continuity, or loss related to decisions, responses, reliance on methodologies or AI outputs, or third-party services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for a claim concerning a specific product or service will not exceed the amount you paid directly to The Atlas Scribe for it during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

20. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Savvy Spiral LLC, The Atlas Scribe, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, service providers, partners, and suppliers from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, expenses, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from:

  • your material breach of these Terms or a license;
  • unlawful or unauthorized use of our offerings or intellectual property;
  • violation of law or another person’s rights;
  • Customer Submissions you were not authorized to provide; or
  • your fraud, willful misconduct, or negligence.

This survives termination as needed to address conduct occurring while these Terms applied.

21. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to an account, product, service, or license because of material breach, unauthorized IP use or distribution, nonpayment, fraud, unlawful conduct, security risk, false licensing or endorsement claims, or another right stated in an applicable agreement.

Where appropriate and consistent with safety, law, IP protection, and governing agreements, we may provide notice and an opportunity to cure.

Upon termination, permissions cease except rights expressly stated to survive. Termination of professional rights does not eliminate continuing personal, solo-use permission for lawfully obtained content unless particular access or possession must lawfully be withdrawn for another reason.

Ownership, restrictions, accrued payments, Customer Submissions, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, disputes, and provisions that by nature should survive will survive.

22. Governing Law and Disputes

Colorado law governs these Terms and related disputes, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Subject to mandatory consumer rights, proceedings must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Colorado. You consent to those courts’ personal jurisdiction and venue.

Nothing prevents us from seeking temporary, injunctive, or equitable relief in another court of competent jurisdiction where reasonably necessary to protect intellectual property, confidential information, systems, or proprietary rights.

23. General Provisions

Entire Agreement. These Terms and the documents identified in Section 1 constitute the agreement concerning the applicable Website, product, service, submission, or license and supersede prior communications on the same subject, except a separately executed agreement that remains effective.

Order of Precedence. More specific product terms or separately executed agreements govern conflicts within their subject matter.

Assignment. Savvy Spiral LLC may assign its rights and obligations in a merger, reorganization, asset sale, financing, by operation of law, or another legitimate transaction. You may not assign yours without written consent except where law provides otherwise.

No Waiver. Failure or delay in enforcement does not waive a provision or right.

Severability. If a provision is unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remainder will continue.

Headings and Interpretation. Headings are for convenience. Ambiguity will not be construed against a party solely because that party drafted the language.

No Relationship. Except where a separately executed agreement says otherwise, these Terms create no employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, franchise, fiduciary relationship, or representative authority.

Force Majeure. We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including disasters, government action, war, terrorism, labor disputes, utility or telecommunications interruption, cyberattack, or third-party provider failure. This does not excuse accrued payment obligations or limit non-waivable rights.
