Wait... This actually explains something I've never been able to articulate.
WELCOME TO THE ATLAS SCRIBE
-
1. ATLAS SEES THE SHIT
You have entered the headquarters of Atlas Scribe: cartographer of human machinery, Scout of undocumented territory, Holy FOOL carrying a shovel, and—when the territory contains bullshit—The Crock of Bullshit Hunter.
Atlas observes what humans have been trained to accept as normal.
-
2. ATLAS DIGS UP THE MACHINERY
She investigates the hidden transactions underneath relationships, workplaces, institutions, industries, technologies, and well-intentioned human fuckery.
She excavates what has been denied, names what has been difficult to articulate, and maps where the costs are actually landing.
Then she returns from the field with books, maps, comics, field guides, frameworks, Systems Comedy, and practical tools.
-
3. YOU RETAIN THE FUCKING WHEEL
Atlas does not manufacture authority over humans.
She does not tell you what your experience means, prescribe the correct conclusion, or demand that you agree with her map.
She makes more of the machinery visible.
You observe. You orient. You decide what the fuck to do with what you can now see.
The system she built for doing that is HOSS: the Human Orientation Safety System.
-
4. MEET DIOGENES
The terrier is Diogenes.
She is a bitch. Literally. Calm down.
She detects bullshit before humans have finished explaining why it isn’t bullshit.
She sniffs out what humans pretend not to see.
When Diogenes starts digging, Atlas gets the shovel.
HOSS — DIY
-
Highly capable people carrying the invisible costs of keeping dysfunctional human systems working. That's shit.
You interpret the ambiguity, remember the loose ends, compensate for missing ownership, and keep everything moving—so nobody sees what functioning costs you.
The Atlas Scribe invites you to see the machinery, account for the hidden shitload, and stop serving as everybody else’s free infrastructure.
The Atlas provides the maps. You remain your HOSS Boss.
-
WTF IS HOSS?
-
The Atlas Scribe is a HOSS — a Human Orientation Safety System. HOSS is personal and self-administered. It's your fucking life.
Inside HOSS, Hidden Cost Accounting (HCA) makes invisible costs visible, and the Human Agency Security System (HASS) protects your agency and authority over what happens next.
It gives you maps for figuring out where the fuck you are, what the humans and systems around you are doing, what their functioning is costing you, and what you may need to protect.
HOSS does not diagnose you, interpret your nervous system, or tell you what to do.

6. HOSS provides personal orientation resources.
-
7. HCA provides personal instrumentation for making hidden costs visible.
8. HASS protects personal agency with self-security resources.
9. HASS does not authorize anyone to diagnose, classify, control, or interpret another human. -

Documentation
Documentation is where observations become maps.
Hidden Cost Accounting is the first region we've charted.
The Atlas Scribe Studio presents:
Systems Comedy
Reality keeps plagiarizing satire.
Stories. Satire. Symbols. Meaning. Layers.
BEYOND THE DIY
The Atlas extends beyond its DIY department.
Feed the map, knock on a defined door, or watch the machinery being built.

INTERESTED IN FUTURE LICENSING?
-
Report Licensing Interest
Professional and organizational licensing is not currently available.
Atlas is gathering data about who might want it, what they would use it for, and which tools might actually be worth licensing someday.
This is not an application, waitlist, permission, agreement, or promise that Atlas will build the fucking thing.

ASS PASS TARGETED FOR JANUARY 2027
Get Your ASS Pass Handed to YouThe Atlas Scribe Studio is where ideas are discovered, argued with, broken, rebuilt, and eventually documented.
The ASS Pass is backstage access to the unfinished work: studio logs, half-finished maps, strange prototypes, abandoned experiments, accidental breakthroughs, and chaos.
It is access to the workshop windows. It is not direct access to Atlas.
