All original content made available through The Atlas Scribe, including www.theatlasscribe.com (the “Website”), is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

This Notice explains ownership of The Atlas Scribe's intellectual property and the permissions and restrictions applicable to visitors, customers, and other users.

Ownership

Unless otherwise expressly stated, original content made available through the Website is owned by Savvy Spiral LLC, doing business as The Atlas Scribe, or is used under appropriate license.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Written works, articles, books, and manuals.
• Crocks, including digital field guides and other original publications.
• Original methodologies, analytical frameworks, and proprietary systems.
• Maps, audits, worksheets, exercises, prompts, and tools.
• Diagrams, graphics, and illustrations.
• Downloadable publications and other digital products.
• Product descriptions and original Website copy.
• Educational and philosophical materials.
• Fictional and satirical institutions, worlds, characters, and narratives.
• Website design and original visual layouts.
• Branding, logos, slogans, and other source identifiers.
• Other original creative works and proprietary materials (collectively, the “Content”).

Ownership of intellectual property does not transfer through the purchase, download, access, or use of any product unless expressly stated in a written agreement.

Copyright

Original Content is protected by applicable copyright laws, including international protections where applicable.

Except where expressly permitted by law or by an applicable written license, you may not:

• Reproduce or redistribute protected Content.
• Publish or publicly display protected Content.
• Sell, resell, or sublicense protected Content.
• Distribute unauthorized copies or adaptations.
• Create and distribute derivative works incorporating protected expression.
• Commercially exploit protected Content beyond expressly granted permissions.
• Remove copyright notices, attribution, or licensing information.

Copyright protects original expression. It does not protect general ideas, abstract concepts, facts, methods, systems, or themes independent of their particular expression.

Other applicable laws may protect trademarks, confidential information, and additional proprietary interests.

Trademarks & Brand Identifiers

Savvy Spiral LLC uses various names, product names, slogans, fictional institutions, and other identifiers as trademarks or source identifiers.

These include, where applicable:

• The Atlas Scribe™
• Atlas Field Gear™
• The Fuckery Governmental™
• The WTF University™
• The Supreme Court Jester™
• Crocks and associated product branding.
• Outfitting Humans for Humaning.
• IN ABSURDITY WE TRUST
• Other names, logos, slogans, characters, and source identifiers appearing throughout the Website.

Some historical works and identifiers may remain intellectual property of Savvy Spiral LLC even when they are no longer actively marketed or offered.

Use of the ™ symbol identifies a claimed trademark or source identifier; it does not represent that a mark is federally registered.

Nothing on the Website grants permission to use our protected trademarks, logos, or source identifiers in a manner that falsely suggests ownership, affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or authorization.

Uses independently permitted by applicable law are not prohibited.

Digital Product Licensing

Crocks and other digital publications sold under The Atlas Scribe's Digital Product License are licensed to the individual purchaser.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, the purchaser receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license for their own individual use, subject to the applicable license terms.

Personal use generally includes reading, studying, and working through purchased materials for your own purposes.

One purchase provides one individual-use license. It does not grant permission to distribute the work or provide access to others.

Unless expressly authorized, a purchaser may not:

• Share purchased files with another person.
• Reproduce or distribute copies to others.
• Upload publications to publicly accessible platforms or shared repositories.
• Resell or sublicense digital publications.
• Publish protected content or substantial portions of it.
• Remove proprietary notices or claim authorship of protected material.
• Use purchased materials beyond the permissions granted in the applicable license.

The Digital Product License provides the complete terms governing covered digital products and controls where its specific provisions differ from this general Notice.

Professional, Educational & Organizational Use

Purchasing a Crock or another digital publication does not automatically authorize use of protected Atlas Scribe materials with or for other people.

Separate written permission or licensing from Savvy Spiral LLC is required where the proposed activity involves rights controlled by the company, including use of protected publications, exercises, diagrams, worksheets, frameworks, or other proprietary materials in:

• Coaching, consulting, counseling, or client services.
• Workshops, retreats, classes, or facilitated groups.
• Teaching or educational programs.
• Employee training, leadership development, or organizational activities.
• Professional presentations, programs, or services.
• Commercial products, courses, or derivative offerings.
• Other activities that reproduce, distribute, present, or apply protected materials for others beyond the scope of an individual-use license.

This requirement applies whether the activity is commercial, nonprofit, charitable, educational, volunteer, or unpaid.

A separate authorization grants only the rights expressly identified in the written agreement. Unless that agreement states otherwise, it does not:

• Transfer intellectual property ownership.
• Authorize sublicensing or assignment.
• Permit the recipient to license or train other professionals to use protected materials.
• Constitute certification, accreditation, or endorsement.
• Authorize use of other publications, materials, branding, or future works.

No person may represent themselves as an authorized licensee, certified practitioner, official instructor, or representative of The Atlas Scribe without appropriate written authorization.

When authorization expires or is terminated, the recipient must cease uses and representations no longer permitted by the applicable agreement.

These restrictions concern protected materials and licensed activities. They do not prohibit independent discussion of general ideas or other uses permitted by law.

Artificial Intelligence & Intellectual Property

The use of artificial intelligence does not eliminate copyright, trademark, contractual, or other intellectual property restrictions.

Unless authorized by an applicable license, written agreement, or law, protected Atlas Scribe Content may not be reproduced, uploaded, incorporated into, or used to train, fine-tune, develop, or commercially supply artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems in ways that exceed granted permissions.

This includes using protected publications or proprietary materials to create unauthorized substitutes, distribute protected content, or circumvent individual-use licensing.

Ordinary personal use of AI tools to assist with reading or understanding lawfully obtained materials remains subject to the applicable Digital Product License and the terms and privacy practices of the AI provider.

Users are responsible for evaluating whether a third-party AI service stores, discloses, retains, or uses uploaded material for model training or other purposes.

No permission is granted to use protected Atlas Scribe materials for another person's benefit merely because the activity is performed using AI.

Fiction, Satire & Worldbuilding

The Atlas Scribe publishes original fictional, satirical, philosophical, educational, and creative works.

These include content associated with The Fuckery Governmental™ and The WTF University™, as well as other fictional characters, institutions, titles, documents, and narratives.

The Fuckery Governmental™ is a fictional satirical government. Its offices, officials, laws, citizenship, seals, and related representations are creative elements, not assertions of actual governmental authority.

The WTF University™ is a fictional satirical educational institution. Its fictional schools, titles, academic structures, and credentials do not constitute accreditation or recognized academic qualifications.

Satirical content may comment on actual institutions, events, systems, and human behavior. Fictional presentation does not itself establish that every depicted event, institution, character, or statement is factual.

Original expression within these creative works remains protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Educational & Analytical Content

Content provided through The Atlas Scribe is intended to support independent thinking, observation, analytical insight, philosophical exploration, and creative engagement.

Nothing published through the Website constitutes legal, medical, psychological, therapeutic, financial, investment, tax, accounting, or other regulated professional advice.

The Atlas Scribe provides materials for examination and reflection, not guaranteed conclusions or outcomes.

Users retain responsibility for their own interpretations, decisions, and actions.

International Protection

The Atlas Scribe's intellectual property may be protected internationally under applicable national laws, treaties, and conventions, including the Berne Convention where applicable.

The availability and scope of copyright, trademark, contractual, and other protections vary by jurisdiction.

Reproduction, distribution, translation, adaptation, publication, and commercial exploitation of protected Content may be subject to laws in the jurisdictions where those activities occur.

Nothing in this Notice grants rights beyond those expressly provided by an applicable license, written agreement, or law.

Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Savvy Spiral LLC, doing business as The Atlas Scribe, retains all right, title, and interest in its intellectual property, including current and historical original works, publications, proprietary frameworks, diagrams, tools, fictional and satirical creations, branding, trademarks, and associated materials, to the extent protected by applicable law.

No purchase, download, Website visit, or access to Content grants ownership or permissions beyond those expressly authorized.
