This page explains ownership of the intellectual property made available through The Atlas Scribe and the permissions granted to visitors, customers, and licensees.

Ownership

Unless otherwise expressly stated, all content made available through the Website is owned by Savvy Spiral LLC, doing business as The Atlas Scribe, or is used under appropriate license.

This includes, but is not limited to:

proprietary systems;

Additional product names, framework names, methodology names, graphics, slogans, characters, and branding elements appearing throughout the Website may also function as trademarks or source identifiers of The Atlas Scribe.

Nothing contained on this Website grants any license or right to use these trademarks without prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.

Licensing

Unless otherwise expressly stated, purchasing or otherwise lawfully accessing Content grants the individual user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use that Content solely for personal, individual use in their own life and in accordance with any product-specific license.

Personal use means use by an individual, for themselves, without applying, administering, facilitating, presenting, teaching, interpreting, distributing, or otherwise using the Content with or for another person or organization.

Using any Atlas Scribe intellectual property with or for another person or organization requires a current annual professional license, whether or not:

the user receives payment or other compensation;
the use is commercial, educational, organizational, charitable, volunteer, promotional, or pro bono;
the Content is used as part of a larger service, program, workshop, engagement, or offering;
the Content is separately identified, advertised, or charged for; or
the other person pays specifically for use of the Content.

A professional license grants a named licensee permission to use only the specific Atlas Scribe methodologies, frameworks, tools, workshops, materials, trademarks, and other intellectual property expressly identified in the applicable professional licensing agreement.

A professional license does not, unless expressly stated otherwise:

transfer ownership of any intellectual property;
permit sublicensing or transfer of the license;
permit the licensee to authorize or train other professionals to use the Content;
constitute certification or accreditation;
represent endorsement of the licensee or the licensee’s broader professional services; or
authorize use of any Content not expressly included in the license.

A licensee may describe themselves as licensed to use designated Atlas Scribe intellectual property only while the applicable professional license remains current and in good standing and only in the form authorized by The Atlas Scribe.

When a professional license expires or is terminated, all use of Atlas Scribe intellectual property with or for others must cease. The former licensee must also cease representing themselves as licensed and remove all related license statements, badges, trademarks, and professional-use materials. The individual may continue using lawfully obtained Content solely for personal, individual use in their own life.

Ownership of all underlying intellectual property remains with Savvy Spiral LLC, doing business as The Atlas Scribe.

AI & Intellectual Property

Unless expressly authorized in writing, Content made available through The Atlas Scribe may not be uploaded, incorporated into, used to train, fine-tune, benchmark, or otherwise improve artificial intelligence or machine learning systems.

This restriction includes public, private, commercial, research, and internally developed AI systems, except where such use is expressly authorized under a separate written agreement or applicable product license.

Nothing in this section restricts ordinary personal use of AI tools to assist in reading or interacting with Content lawfully licensed for personal use, but only where the applicable AI service does not use submitted Content to train or improve its models and the user does not upload more of the Content than reasonably necessary for that personal interaction. Such use must not reproduce, redistribute, disclose, publish, create a substitute for, or otherwise appropriate The Atlas Scribe’s intellectual property or violate any applicable product license.

Fiction, Satire & Worldbuilding

Certain works published through The Atlas Scribe, including the Simverse™ Universe, incorporate fictional, satirical, philosophical, or creative elements.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, such works are intended as creative expression and should not be interpreted as factual accounts, historical records, representations of actual persons or organizations, or statements of fact.

Any resemblance to actual individuals, organizations, industries, institutions, or events is intended solely within the context of satire, commentary, or creative expression.

Interpretation and application of fictional or satirical material remain the responsibility of the reader.

Educational & Analytical Content

Content provided through The Atlas Scribe is intended to support independent thinking, clearer perception, analytical insight, education, and creative exploration.

Unless expressly identified as a professional service, nothing published through the Website constitutes legal, medical, financial, psychological, therapeutic, tax, accounting, or other regulated professional advice.

Users remain solely responsible for their own interpretations, decisions, and actions.

International Protection

The intellectual property associated with The Atlas Scribe is intended for a global audience.
